	Cultural Resource Report Completed and accepted by the SHPO

The archeological investigation conducted for this 12 arce project was to locate and record any cultural resources, within the boundaries of the proposed site area, that may be impacted by construction.

The Phase I survey located a previously unrecorded archeological site (46LE46) and the resulting report recommended a Phase II investigation be conducted to assess its National Register eligibility.

The sludge holding pond was moved to avoid mitigation of an eligible historic site.
